Billing
Change plans, add capacity, and understand how AI credits are billed.
Billing lives under Settings → Billing in the dashboard. You need to be an owner or admin of the organization to change it.
Change your plan
You can move between Cookie, Jar, and Bakery at any time. Upgrades take effect right away and give you more agents and machine; downgrades apply on your next cycle. See what each plan includes on Plans.
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual works out to about two months free versus monthly.
Add capacity without switching plans
Need one more agent, or more memory, without jumping a whole tier? Add it on:

How AI credits are billed
Hosting and AI usage are billed separately:
- Your plan pays for the hosting — the machine your agent runs on.
- AI credits pay for model calls. Each plan refreshes a monthly allowance, new accounts get a one-time $100 trial credit, and some models are free. Details on Plans and Model access.
If you use BYOK, your model calls are billed by your own provider, not by Sokko.
Invoices and payment
Manage your card, download invoices, and see your subscription from the billing portal, reachable from Settings → Billing.
Cancelling your plan stops your agents from running. Suspend an agent first if you only need a break — see Managing an agent.
