Memory
Give your agents long-term memory so they remember past work instead of starting fresh each time.
By default an agent remembers the current conversation and its saved files. Sokko Memory goes further: it is long-term memory your agents share across sessions, so they recall what happened days or weeks ago. Hermes especially is built to use it.
Memory is a paid add-on. It includes 5 GB of shared memory storage, and you can add more at $3/month per GB.
Turn it on
Enable the add-on
In the dashboard, open Billing (or the agent's memory settings) and enable the Sokko Memory add-on. You need to be an owner or admin of the organization.
Point your agent at it
Create or redeploy a Hermes agent with memory enabled. From then on it reads and writes long-term memory automatically.
Bring your existing memory
If you already run an agent locally and have memory notes, you can bring them in so your Sokko agent picks up where you left off. Memory files it recognizes:
MEMORY.mdUSER.mdIDENTITY.md- anything under a
memory/folder
There are two ways to import them:
- From the terminal:
sokko migratesends these files straight into Sokko Memory. See Migrate a local agent. - From the dashboard: upload them in the memory import flow.
Your memory is shared across the organization's agents, so a note one agent writes can be read by another.
If you try to import memory without the add-on enabled, Sokko tells you and points you to turn it on, rather than silently dropping your notes.
Storage
The add-on includes 5 GB. Need more? Add memory storage at $3/month per GB from Billing. See Plans for how add-ons work.
