Connected apps
Let your agents work in Gmail, Slack, Notion and more — connect an app once, switch it on per agent.
Your agents can act inside the apps you already use: read and send mail, post to Slack, create Notion pages, file Linear issues, check your calendar. You connect an app once for the whole organization, then choose which agents may use it.
Connected apps are available on every paid plan, for OpenClaw, Hermes and Paperclip agents. (OpenClaw and Hermes are fully verified; Paperclip support is newer — tell us if an action doesn't show up there.)
Connect an app
Open Settings
In the dashboard, go to Settings → Connected apps. You need to be an owner or admin of the organization.
Connect
Pick an app and hit Connect. You'll be sent to that app's normal sign-in and permission screen (Google, Slack, Notion…), and back to Sokko when you approve. The app then shows as Connected.
Switch it on for an agent
Open an agent, go to its Integrations tab, and enable Connected apps. That's the switch that decides which of your agents may act in your apps.
It works right away — no restart
Connecting an app, disconnecting one, or flipping an agent's switch takes effect on your agent's very next action. Nothing redeploys, nothing restarts, and a conversation in progress isn't interrupted.
That's deliberate: your agents talk to Sokko, and Sokko talks to the apps. Your account credentials never go anywhere near the agent itself.
One exception: agents that existed before connected apps shipped need a single Redeploy (from the agent's page) to pick up their credentials. Do that once and everything after it is instant.
Using it
Just ask. The agent looks up what it can do across your connected apps, then runs the action:
"Email the Q3 summary to sam@example.com"
"Post the deploy notes in #engineering"
"Create a Linear issue for the login bug and link the Notion doc"
If an app isn't connected, or the agent's switch is off, the agent tells you so instead of guessing.
Sharing across agents
A connected app belongs to the organization, not to one agent. Connect Gmail once and every agent you switch it on for can use it — no re-authorising. That also means disconnecting an app in Settings revokes it for all of your agents at once.
Cost
App actions are metered and drawn from your Sokko AI credits, the same balance your model usage draws from. There's no separate subscription and no new bill to set up.
When your credits run out your agents stop taking app actions and say so; top up from Billing and they resume immediately. See Plans and Model access for how credits work.
Cursor agents
Cursor agents load their tools from the Cursor dashboard rather than from Sokko, so connected apps aren't wired up for them yet — the same situation as Memory on Cursor.
