Create Training
Schedule a training with one or more sessions and return its training key.
Create Training Registration
Register one person for an entire training and return the registrant key, join URL, and confirmation URL.
Delete Training
Delete a scheduled or completed GoTo Training training. For a scheduled training, all scheduled sessions are deleted and participants can no longer start or join it. For a completed training, completed sessions remain in the database. GoTo sends no cancellation email to organizers or registrants.
Delete Training Registration
Cancel one unpaid training registration. This destructive action sends no notification to the registrant or organizer, and the registrant may re-register. Paid registrations cannot be canceled through this API and must be canceled in the GoTo Training admin site.
Download Training Recording
Follow GoTo's recording redirect and return the downloaded recording as a file.
Get Training
Get the schedule, organizers, registration settings, and metadata for one training.
Get Training Management URL
Return the admin-portal URL for managing or launching a training. The organizer must log in; this action does not open the URL.
Get Training Registrant
Get complete registration details for one training registrant; provider cache updates can take up to two hours.
