Terms of service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of Sokko (sokko.ai), a platform for deploying and operating always-on AI agents on managed cloud machines. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Sokko on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company. Questions go to support@sokko.ai.
1. The service
Sokko lets you deploy supported AI agent runtimes and devboxes onto isolated cloud machines we operate, connect them to integrations and model providers, and manage them from one dashboard. Runtimes are third-party open-source software; we host and operate them, we do not author them.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. Organization owners and admins control who joins their workspace and what members can do. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and organization, including actions taken by members you invited and by agents you deployed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sokko to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others,
- send spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels,
- attack, probe, or overload other systems, or attempt to break the isolation between Sokko tenants,
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to operating agents,
- violate the terms of third-party services you connect, including model providers, Google, GitHub, Slack, and Telegram.
We may suspend workloads or accounts that endanger the platform, other customers, or third parties. Where reasonable, we contact you first.
4. Your content and your agents
Everything you and your agents put into your workspaces — code, files, prompts, secrets, memory — is yours. You grant us only the rights needed to host, run, back up, and display it to you and your organization. As between you and Sokko, the output your agents produce belongs to you.
Agents act autonomously by design. You decide what access and credentials they get, and you are responsible for reviewing what they produce and do — especially actions with real-world consequences. AI output can be wrong; verify it before you rely on it.
5. Bring-your-own keys and third-party services
Model keys and accounts you connect remain your relationship with that provider: their terms apply and their billing is yours. We store connected credentials encrypted and pass them only to the workloads you configured. If a provider suspends your key or account, the agents that depend on it stop working — that is between you and the provider.
6. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits (such as how many agents you can run) are enforced by the platform. Prices may change; existing subscriptions are notified before a change affects them.
Sokko credits are prepaid usage for model routing. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may restrict or suspend the service after notice.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep Sokko available around the clock and operate it with commercially reasonable care, but the service is provided without a guaranteed service level unless we agreed one with you in writing. Maintenance, upstream runtime releases, and provider outages can cause interruptions. Support is provided by email at support@sokko.ai.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Hosted runtimes are third-party software and come with their own limitations. Nothing on Sokko is professional, legal, or financial advice.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sokko's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can cancel your subscription or delete your organization at any time from the billing portal or by emailing support@sokko.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination your workloads stop, and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may update the service and these terms as Sokko evolves. When a change to these terms is material, we notify account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
