Verify Emails

The temporary provider job is always deleted after the attempt, so the action has no lasting external mutation after cleanup; the provider does not offer atomicity across create, launch, poll, download, and delete. Each email consumes one verification credit. Account-plan rate limits apply to every lifecycle request.
