Download results for a completed primary bulk email-validation file. This read does not spend additional credits; processing the uploaded file costs one credit per email. Bulk files are limited to 50 MB and 1,000,000 records. First poll ZEROBOUNCE_GET_VALIDATION_FILE_STATUS no faster than five requests per minute (at least 12 seconds apart), and download only after file_status is Complete. This endpoint shares the five-requests-per-minute bulk limit.
