Start with one task you know too well.
Connect your tools
Create an agent in Sokko, then connect the store, inbox, and files it needs for the task.
Show it how your shop works
Share your delivery and return policies, your tone of voice, and anything it should check with you first.
Hand over the first task
Ask for one draft or one report. Review the result, refine the instructions, then build up from there.
A few things you might be wondering.
Does my shop have to run on Shopify?
These examples use Shopify. For another platform, check Sokko's integration catalog and the actions available for that tool before planning a workflow. Your agent can only use the accounts, data, and permissions you connect.
Do I need to write code?
You can create an agent and connect supported apps from the dashboard. Give it instructions in plain language. You still need to connect the right accounts and explain your store policies; custom workflows may need extra setup.
Will it send replies or place orders on its own?
The examples on this page ask for drafts. Your agent's actual actions depend on its connected tools, permissions, and configuration. Start with draft-only instructions and configure the available approval controls before allowing actions such as sending messages or changing orders.
Can I get a briefing every morning?
With an agent that supports scheduled tasks, you can set up recurring checks and reports. Connect the data sources, specify a time and time zone, and test the task first. Sokko keeps the agent running when your laptop is closed.
